Can I pick up my jewelry somewhere?
Yes, that is certainly possible! You can pick up your jewelry at Goudpand Almere Olstgracht 41 1315BH. Please send an email before you come with the desired product and the size if necessary. You can also pick up the jewelry in The Hague, again please send an email.
Are your jewelry real silver?
a, our jewelry is made of real 925 silver. The hallmark (925) is also on all silver jewelry.

How long does it take to receive my order?
It normally takes 7 working days for your order to arrive.
How do I track my order?
When you place an order you will receive an email from PostNL with the track & trace link. This way you can follow the order exactly.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered through your letterbox. This way you will still receive your package when you are not at home.

The cost to have your jewelry shipped in the Netherlands is: €4.99 unless you spend more than €50 , then it is free.
Returns
What are the return conditions?
We treat a return period of 14 days from the moment you received the package. Please note that the jewelry must be returned in an unworn condition including all labels. Please note that the shipping costs are at your expense.
What is your guarantee?
We do everything we can to deliver the highest quality jewelry. If the jewelry breaks or the color fades, you are entitled to a free one-time replacement. If we no longer have the product in stock, you can choose another product for the same amount.
